The Checkpoint Charlie Museum is a private museum in Berlin.
It was created to document the so-called 'best border security system in the world' (in reference to the Berlin Wall).
The museum is named after the famous crossing point on the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie.
It is located near the corner of Friedrichstraße and Zimmerstraße.
The museum houses many artifacts related to escapes from East Germany.
