The Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park is a union of the Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada and the Glacier National Park in the United States.
Established as a World Heritage site in 1995, it was the world's first International Peace Park established in 1932.
This park is where the Blackfoot Confederacy tribes formerly resided and continue to hold cultural ceremonies.
The park offers nature trails, camping facilities, picnic spots and boating on offered lakes.
The park houses the famous Prince of Wales Hotel, a grand railroad hotel listed as a National Historic Site in Canada.
