The CIA Memorial Wall is a monument located at the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Langley, Virginia.
First unveiled in 1974, it commemorates CIA employees who died in the line of service.
The wall's design is influenced by the Memorial Wall at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
The wall currently has 135 stars, each representing a fallen employee.
The identities of the individuals the stars represent are kept secret, with some remaining anonymous even today.
